An Accounting Clerk will be responsible for developing, establishing and implementing successful accounting practices and processes to ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting tasks. Responsibilities:
- Review and record payable invoices in NetSuite
- Assist the Senior Accountant in the preparation of weekly payment runs to inventory vendors and contractors assisting in solar system installations
- Review and approve credit card transactions, record those transactions in NetSuite, and reconcile NetSuite to the credit card statement at month end
- Assist in cost accounting by ensuring all transactions recorded are properly classified, assigned to a department, and tagged to the relative revenue transaction ID, if applicable
