Position Description:

The Sales Support Team Lead position will play a crucial role in helping our support and welcome call staff. In this role, you will manage special projects, resolve technical issues through the appropriate channels, assist your co-workers with questions or escalations, and assist as the in-office agent with connections around the office. This is an in-office swing position. This means you will work from the office every day and your shift is subject to changes based off needs with our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in training team members on company standard operating procedures

  • Create team goals and incentives team members

  • Meet 1-on-1 with team members to ensure they are meeting set objectives

  • Provide technical support to team

  • Ensure timely response and resolution to team queries

  • Work collaboratively with the company’s internal departments to ensure customer needs are adequately addressed

  • Ensure a positive sales rep experience

  • Develop and maintain a knowledge of the products provided

  • Help with phone calls and tickets

  • Specialize in financiers and installers processes

  • Help manage zendesk, complete ticket, and phone calls

  • Complete all other duties assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent required

  • Ability to spend considerable time at a desk using a computer in a regular office environment

  • Detailed oriented while being able to maintain many projects

  • Ability to efficiently navigate and work with multiple CRMs

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Adept with Microsoft Office

  • Ability to identify problems and determine possible solutions

  • Strong organizational skill with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects

Job Type: Full time (40 hours per week)

  • Develop and maintain relationships with partners

Qualifications

  • Ability to spend considerable time at a desk

  • Strong organizational skills

Position Description

LGCY Power is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work closely with our sales teams. This position is responsible for efficiently supporting and managing their pipeline effectively by providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Generate weekly reports of total pipeline progress and sales with sales leadership and meet with sales teams to identify potential bottlenecks

  • Review and submit all necessary documentation/ financial information needed to advance accounts through LGCY financial partners to provide Notice To Proceed (NTP)

  • Manage the pipeline of the project from the sale through PTO (Permission To Operate) and address any issues in a timely manner

  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Branch Coordinator to resolve any missing loan or contract documentation

  • Ensure Sales Representative schedules the site survey and obtains required documentation from the homeowner

  • Review interconnection portals to provide detailed responses to sales representatives

  • Work with financial institutions and sales representatives to secure and finalize solar loans

  • Provide excellent customer service to Sales Representatives by assisting with Change Orders, design revisions, and other sales action related tasks

  • Follow-up with customers on specific account needs on an ad hoc basis

  • The ability to interrupt pipeline sales reporting, and identifying areas of support, and opportunities for development
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for sales leaders on account status, and relevant problems
  • All other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required

  • 2+ years of experience in the solar industry is preferred

  • Experience using NetSuite as a CRM is a plus

  • Experience in Goodleap and other financial institutions is a plus

  • Ability to work in a detailed and fast paced environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient using computer applications such as all Microsoft software, specifically in Excel
