Job Overview:

 Fleet Manager is responsible for vehicle acquisition, branding, upfitting, maintenance, insurance, safety, and DOT compliance. Duties will also include management of our fuel program. The Fleet Manager will be required to maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection, ensuring operational efficiency, among other duties. This role will also serve as the primary contact concerning the vehicle fleet and operations. This is a hybrid opportunity with three days at our Lehi, Utah location and two days remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial analysis on buying, leasing, and renting.

· Work directly with vendors, clients and internal team members to ensure that payments are made regularly to vendors with whom the Company works to fulfill solar system installations

The Staff Accountant will work collaboratively with the Accounting team to ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting related activities.  This position will be responsible to actively participate in keeping the LGCY’s solar installation payables up to date, assist in maintaining financial reports and general bookkeeping.

  • Manage projects requiring creativity and ability to create solutions to unique and unusual problems

This position is responsible for synchronizing with the Operations Team to develop trainings and SOPs. The primary focus of this role is to enhance operational productivity by implementing and improving the use of the Learning Management System (LMS) tools and processes for employees and sales representatives.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with subject matter experts to design, create, and maintain learning module content
  • Maintain and update content as process changes occur
  • Manage communicating new training developments and process changes to relevant departments 
  • Create content for an array of operational processes, such as equipment utilization, technical processes of installations, Code and not Code, and other areas of the solar installation process
  • Navigate the inner workings of the LMS to coordinate training initiatives
  • Oversee the launch of content related to operational processes and SOPs
  • Provide general support for end users of the training platform(s)
  • Maintain user database and assign appropriate learning modules based on job title
  • Work with system vendors for maintenance, support, and enhancements
  • All other duties as assigned by the VP of Operational Training & Development

Required Skills and Abilities

  • 2+ years of experience in the solar industry is required
  • 1+ year in a training-related role is required
  • Ability to utilize an engineering and construction perspective when creating content
  • High school diploma required
