Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and talented Front End Developer Intern to join our dynamic technology team. As an intern, you will work closely with our experienced developers and designers to build and enhance user-friendly, responsive web applications that improve the experience of our representatives and customers. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment while contributing to meaningful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the development team to design and implement front-end features for web applications.
  • Develop responsive and visually appealing user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Assist in the maintenance and improvement of existing web applications.
  • Work with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in front-end development.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
  • Passion for learning new technologies and improving coding skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
  • Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and how to address them.
  • Basic knowledge of RESTful APIs and how to interact with them.

The Customer Care Associate position will play a crucial role in helping our customers. In this role, you will answer customer queries and resolve technical issues through the appropriate channels. A successful Customer Care Associate will have strong interpersonal skills to support our customer needs and expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers

  • Ensure timely response and resolution to customer queries

  • Work collaboratively with the company’s internal departments to ensure customer needs are adequately addressed

  • Ensure a positive customer experience

  • Develop and maintain a knowledge of the products provided

  • Provide consistent status updates to appropriate parties

  • Complete all other duties assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent required

  • Ability to spend considerable time at a desk using a computer in a regular office environment

  • Obtains strong interpersonal skills needed to manage customer needs and expectations

  • Detailed oriented while being able to maintain many projects

  • Ability to efficiently navigate and work with multiple CRMs

  • Proactive and self-motivated

  • Ability to work in a detailed and fast paced environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Ability to identify problems and determine possible solutions

  • Ability to manage time effectively

Preferred Skills and Abilities:

  • Previous experience in the solar industry

  • 1+ years of customer service experience is preferred

  • Experience using NetSuite as a CRM is a plus

  • Job Type: Full time (30-40 hours per week)
