Position Description
LGCY Power is seeking a Corporate Utility Trainer to work closely with our internal operations
team as well as external stakeholders regarding utility applications, finance updates and ensuring
compliance with local utility company standards. Success in this position looks like reducing
utility related timelines within the solar process. A strong candidate will have the background,
experience, and interpersonal skills needed to train colleagues throughout the nation.
Responsibilities
• Reduce submission, corrections, and approval timelines
• Assist in creating trainings and best practices for at least 5 utilities in each location
• Assist with trainings on how to improve SLA times
• Submit applications and related documents in locations that do not have branch staff or
need additional support
• Research interconnection requirements/applications for utilities
• Maintain trainings on how to effectively manage the utility process
• Support other Utility Specialists and Branch Coordinators at each location

Required Skills and Abilities
- 1+ years of relevant experience in the solar industry and/or with Utilites is required
- 1+ years of experience training

Position Description
As a Project Coordinator II, you will be working directly with the Funding Account Manager to ensure headquarters and the branches are collaborating effectively throughout the entire solar process so that funding can be secured. This position will primarily focus on submitting and securing funding of all LGCY solar projects.
Responsibilities
- Review and submit all necessary documentation/ financial information needed to advance accounts through LGCY financial partners

An Accounting Clerk will be responsible for developing, establishing and implementing successful accounting practices and processes to ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting tasks. The Accounting Clerk will work closely with the accounting team to complete accounting activities and preparing accurate reports for financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Review and record payable invoices in NetSuite
- Assist the Senior Accountant in the preparation of weekly payment runs to inventory vendors and contractors assisting in solar system installations
- Review and approve credit card transactions, record those transactions in NetSuite, and reconcile NetSuite to the credit card statement at month end

Position Description:
The Staff Accountant will work collaboratively with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting-related activities. This position will be responsible for actively participating in keeping LGCY’s payable, fixed asset, and lease accounting up to date, assisting in maintaining financial reports and general bookkeeping.
Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable for all operating expenses. This includes reviewing and preparing payment requests for all leases, marketing costs and other operating expenses
