Responsibilities 

  • Represent LGCY Power professionally by increasing solar awareness and becoming an expert on solar energy
  • Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Participate in continuous training opportunities to hone your craft and build leadership skills
  • All sales positions’ daily responsibilities differ based on the nature of the role from qualifying customers to closing contracts through an in-home sales process, placement BOE and up to managers’ discretion
  • Provide excellent customer service by managing accounts proactively 
  • This position is a door to door sales position

Position Description

The Sales Support Associate is responsible for the day-to-day support for assigned sales teams. Sales Support Associates provide support to the sales team by assisting with administrative duties and tasks.   • Flexible: This role may involve occasional flexible work hours, including outside of standard business hours, to meet project deadlines and address urgent tasks, contributing to our team’s success.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies to ensure our designs are fresh, relevant, and competitive.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proficient in the use of Graphic Design Software (i.e., Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop -Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience
  • Ability to creatively layout and design marketing materials
  • Knowledge of graphic design and fundamental marketing techniques
  • Skill in navigating through ambiguity

You will review and provide feedback from a Quality control standpoint and support Designers in any way necessary to improve team performance. This technical-driven position is an office-based role with a preference in being in the Lehi, Utah location.

Responsibilities:

  • Review projects to ensure solar design accuracy in addition to ensuring that the correct processes are followed upon design completion.
  • Provide support and feedback to be documented in Design Database
  • Review completed BOM/SO for accuracy
  • Review Completed Designs for compliance with local Building and Electrical Code
  • Document and provide feedback to Team Supervisors and Designers on over all design accuracy
  • Monitor Design revisions reasons to identify trends and areas of improvement
  • All other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Abilities

  • 2+ years of experience in the solar industry is required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination or education and or experience is preferred
  • Experience using NetSuite as a CRM
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the NEC/ICC
