As a Commissions Analyst you will be responsible for executing weekly payroll for assigned sales markets. You will maintain communication with sales reps, managers, and operation teams to ensure pay is accurate, and issues are addressed. As a Commissions Analyst you will help resolve pay issues by analyzing data, and executing plans to address discrepancies. Other weekly tasks are necessary to keep our process flowing and can include accounting work, data analysis, and data entry. Other responsibilities will be assigned as this role progresses within the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute pay in an accurate and timely matter by following our weekly process and meeting deadlines
  • Audit accounts to check for data issues or pay scale discrepancies
  • Write pay agreements for sales reps and managers
  • Provide ad-hoc support and analytics for Sales, Data, and Accounting Departments
  • All other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma is required
  • Ability to work in a team setting
  • Bachelor’s Degree or four years of related work experience in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • Experience with Captivate IQ or other commission software
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with SQL
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Ability to self-manage and self-start
  • Ability to problem solve

An Accounting Clerk will be responsible for developing, establishing and implementing successful accounting practices and processes to ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting tasks. The Accounting Clerk will work closely with the accounting team to complete accounting activities and preparing accurate reports for financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and record payable invoices in NetSuite
  • Assist the Senior Accountant in the preparation of weekly payment runs to inventory vendors and contractors assisting in solar system installations
  • Review and approve credit card transactions, record those transactions in NetSuite, and reconcile NetSuite to the credit card statement at month end
  • Assist in cost accounting by ensuring all transactions recorded are properly classified, assigned to a department, and tagged to the relative revenue transaction ID, if applicable
  • Abide by all company procedures and accounting principles
  • Work directly with vendors, clients and internal team members to ensure that payments are made regularly to vendors with whom the company works to fulfill solar system installations
  • Assist with external audits as needed
  • Assist in multiple month end procedures, including credit card reconciliations, fixed asset reconciliation, expense classification, etc.
  • All other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial information with the utmost confidentiality
  • Operate with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
  • Conduct exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Act in a courteous and professional manner with strong customer service skills
  • Computer literacy and strong typing skills, experience with accounting software may be required
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to comply with all company, local, state, and federal financial regulations

Nice to Have:

  • 1-2 years of Accounting experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of accounting procedures and principles
  • Experience with credit card reconciliation
  • Experience with NetSuite and QuickBooks
  • Inventory and cost accounting experience
  • AP specific experience (recording invoices, payment preparation and recording, etc.)

Qualifications

Position Description

LGCY Power is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work closely with our sales teams. Responsibilities

  • Generate weekly reports of total pipeline progress and sales with sales leadership and meet with sales teams to identify potential bottlenecks

  • Review and submit all necessary documentation/ financial information needed to advance accounts through LGCY financial partners to provide Notice To Proceed (NTP)

  • Manage the pipeline of the project from the sale through PTO (Permission To Operate) and address any issues in a timely manner

  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Branch Coordinator to resolve any missing loan or contract documentation

  • Ensure Sales Representative schedules the site survey and obtains required documentation from the homeowner

  • Review interconnection portals to provide detailed responses to sales representatives

  • Work with financial institutions and sales representatives to secure and finalize solar loans

  • Provide excellent customer service to Sales Representatives by assisting with Change Orders, design revisions, and other sales action related tasks

  • Follow-up with customers on specific account needs on an ad hoc basis

  • The ability to interrupt pipeline sales reporting, and identifying areas of support, and opportunities for development
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for sales leaders on account status, and relevant problems
  • All other duties as assigned

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required

  • 2+ years of experience in the solar industry is preferred

  • Experience using NetSuite as a CRM is a plus

  • Experience in Goodleap and other financial institutions is a plus

  • Ability to work in a detailed and fast paced environment

  • Proficient using computer applications such as all Microsoft software, specifically in Excel
