In the Inspection Coordinator role, you will be part of ensuring our residential solar inspections are scheduled in an organized and efficient manner. In this role you will be in direct contact with customers, city inspectors, local leadership, and sales representatives. The Inspection Coordinator will print correct plan sets for crews and schedule jobs for inspection to ensure the project status is up to date within internal systems. In this position, success looks like scheduling inspections as soon as possible, potentially on the day of installation. Providing excellent customer experience to each homeowner throughout the scheduling process is the top priority for a successful Inspection Coordinator at LGCY Power.
Responsibilities:
- Represent LGCY Power in a professional and respectful manner
- Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions

- Communicate with customers and sales representatives regarding inspections
- Interact with different municipalities and third parties
- Meet department SLA’s and customer request in an efficient and timely manner
- Ensures the average time spent in the Jobs Scheduled queue is less than 10 days, if no revisions occur
- Actively schedule same-day inspections, or as soon as possible
- Verify all inspections reschedules
- Remain informed of market policy and legislative solar issues

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to spend considerable time at a desk using a computer in a regular office environment
