Position Description

The Sales Experience Associate is responsible for the day-to-day support for assigned sales teams. Sales Experience Associate provide support to the sales team by assisting with administrative duties and tasks. The Sales Experience Associate plays an important role in helping the assigned sales teams achieve a high level of sales success.

Responsibilities

• Answer sales support line and direct calls as needed

• Serve as the liaison between field sales teams and corporate departments

• Handle communication with field sales personnel

• Review and distribute sales related documents

• Maintain an organized file system for administrative and sales teams

• Respond to sales team member’s inquiries and requests

• Assist sales representatives with transferring deals as needed

• Coordinate with other departments when necessary

• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Previous solar customer service or sales support preferred

• Ability to spend considerable time at a desk

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to communicate effectively

• Basic knowledge and use of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Ability to work effectively independently or within a team environment
