Licensing Coordinator: Lehi – 3094631

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Licensing Coordinator at LGCY Power. The ideal candidate will be a self-sufficient and proactive professional with a strong ability to adapt, use critical thinking skills, and possess excellent communication skills. This role involves navigating government websites, making phone calls to various jurisdictions, and efficiently managing tasks related to licensing procedures. This role is located in Lehi, Utah and is hybrid.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Navigate government websites and online resources to gather accurate and up-to-date information on business and contractor licensing procedures, inspection processes, and application submission requirements

  • Conduct phone calls to relevant authorities and local agencies to extract specific details and ensure compliance to communicate back to Licensing Management

  • Utilizing the CRM (NetSuite) to create, manage, update, and maintain AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) entries efficiently, include the input of license types, license numbers, and expiration dates in the database

  • Monitor emails for new and urgent requests, demonstrating a sense of urgency in response and action

  • Prioritize and address requests promptly, ensuring timely resolution

  • Assist with requests for certificates of insurance, letters of intent, and other relevant documents

  • Submit applications and registrations accurately and in accordance with established procedures

  • Receiving checks, preparing documents and applications for signatures and mailing. Maintain an organized filing system

  • Demonstrate adaptability in handling various tasks and changing priorities

  • Prioritize tasks effectively, considering the sense of urgency and critical nature of requests and learn the license submittal process

  • All other duties as assigned by management

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required

  • Experience using NetSuite as a CRM is a plus

  • Ability to work in a detailed and fast paced environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient using computer applications such as all Microsoft software

  • Knowledge of city, county & state jurisdictional licensing processes

  • Previous solar experience is highly preferred
