Position Description
LGCY Power is looking for motivated and talented Inside Sales Account Executives to join our growing inside sales team. LGCY Power is a leading nationwide solar energy provider with a commitment of excellence to both its customers and employees. Competitive hourly compensation plus commission will be provided to successful candidates that demonstrate the willingness to succeed and attain minimum sales goals.
As an Inside Sales Account Executive, you will join a fast-paced team focused on handling warm leads and providing demonstrations over the phone and via webinar. You will be responsible for explaining the benefits of solar, qualifying the prospect and walking them through the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Explain the benefits of solar in a clear and concise manner.
- Walk prospective customers through the sales and sign-up process.
- Perform 4-6 pre-set sales consultations per day.
- Actively manage pipeline and follow up with customers.
- Prioritize calendar to maximize shift and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Track progress in company CRM.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years sales experience.
- Solar or call center experience a bonus but not required.
- Proficient in technology such as Zoom, Goto Meeting, Google Sheets, Excel and Word.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work onsite at LGCY’s headquarters in Lehi, UT.
- Goal oriented and results driven.
- Able to pass basic background check.
- Able to work some evenings.

General Description: This role is a vital part of the LGCY sales process, providing prospective customers with an opportunity to set clear expectations on the next steps of their journey to go solar. You will be part of a team working within the corporate Inside Sales Department focused on helping prospective customers have a smooth and informative process going solar with LGCY power. In this role you will be handling inbound calls and working towards hitting personal and team goals to earn fun incentives in addition to your Base pay!
Role Responsibilities: Sales partners around the country call into the Sales verification department to speak with an available specialist, who then speaks with the rep and prospective customer. In this role you will then be engaging prospective customers in a brief conversation about the next steps to go solar and asking a handful of questions to ensure they will qualify for all the currently available incentives based on their home and financial readiness to move forward.
- Handle inbound calls from sales partners around the country
- Have great customer facing communication skills
- Manage a queue of prospective customers to ensure they meet requirements and get scheduled
- Report on daily goals and hold yourself accountable to exceeding Key Activity Metrics
