Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Verification Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying and validating sales orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures. The Sales Verification Specialist will work closely with the sales team and other departments to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Verify and validate sales orders to ensure accuracy and minimize errors
- Review all customer information and sales data for completeness and compliance with company policies
- Contact customers to verify order details and resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Collaborate with the sales team to address customer inquiries and provide support as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales verification activities
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Assist with training new team members on sales verification processes and procedures
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to sales verification and compliance
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven work experience in a customer service or sales support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM software preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

Position Description:
LGCY Power is looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter. As an Appointment Setter your main responsibility will be assisting the sales force by qualifying homeowners and scheduling appointments for Energy Consultants.
Responsibilities:

Schedule solar consultations by conducting qualifying calls with potential customers

Communicate effectively with solar consultants across multiple states

Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.

Assist sales teams administratively between phone calls

Input customer data into database

All other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:

Highschool diploma or equivalent

Must be highly self-motivated
