In the Solar Installer role, you will be working as a team to install residential solar systems in a safe and efficient manner. We will rely on the Solar Installer to assist in developing a culture of safety, responsibility, appreciation, and quality service in our pursuit of setting the industry standard for solar installation.
Responsibilities:
- Help oversee the installation process and ensure it exceeds company standards
- Be a part of providing a safe, positive, and efficient work environment
- Testing system components while the system in operating
- Represent LGCY Power in a professional and respectful manner
- Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions
- Understand and abide to AHJ/Utility/NEC requirements and guidelines
- Help train and mentor crew team members
- Ensure all crew members understand and adhere to all OSHA and/or LGCY safety procedures
- Clean and prepare vans at the end of each day
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of prior solar/roofing/electrical experience

- Lead and motivate up to 5 crews to safely and effectively complete each job in a timely manner

- Assist the Operations Manager with day-to-day operations for project acceptance, installation, inspection, and homeowner satisfaction
- Manage employee timecards, schedules, and other employment related needs
- Quickly and accurately upload pictures daily for jobs
- Review plan sets and address any discrepancies
- Assign sticker maps to Enlighten to promote project efficiency
- Print plans for following days to prepare team
- Drop off material for crews when needed
- Reviews upcoming schedule and accurately plans for upcoming material needs in advance
- Conduct any service calls as needed
- Track, correct, and complete data entry for any field related compensation
- Effectively communicate job and employee needs with leadership
- All other duties as assigned by the District Manager

The Service Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all service calls, all battery installations, and all MPU’s. This position plays a critical role in ensuring we create an extraordinary customer experience for each of our homeowners. Responsibilities:
- Represent LGCY Power in a professional and respectful manner by creating a high-quality experience through all interactions

- Managing MPU install and inspections queues
- Completing/Closing out each of these tasks with proper documentation
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to schedule upgrades and minimize disruption.
- Coordinate with the utility company, homeowners, and AHJ’s to coordinate successful MPU installations.
- Collaborate with inspectors to ensure that work meets regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the upgrade project.
- Effectively communicate job and employee needs with leadership
- Verify all inspections reschedules
- Remain informed of market policy and legislative solar issues
- All other duties as assigned by the District Manager
