In the Branch Coordinator role, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting the Branch and Field Operations by performing administrative and organizational tasks that directly benefit the field team members. The Branch Coordinator works directly with the District Manager to achieve short-term and long-term strategic objectives that accelerate the industry standard for solar installation.
Responsibilities:
- Actively communicate with different stakeholders to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner
- Ability to manage the solar lifecycle from permitting and interconnections to PTO
- Express a high attention to detail in regard to customer service as well as data submission
- Coordinate daily activities and workflow of installations and inspections
- Manage and maintain the project pipeline while addressing any potential bottlenecks
- Assists with routing and scheduling as needed
- Coordinates and requests inspections for each project
- Process reports on completed installation and inspections to provide the District Manager
- Utilize software systems to record progress of various tasks
- Prepare project documentation for crew teams
- Remain informed of market policy and legislative solar issues
- Perform additional duties as determined by the District Manager
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of proven ability to manage permitting, utilities, interconnection within the solar lifecycle
- 2+ years of managerial and leadership experience
- Ability to effectively communicate with an array of stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize and complete a variety of simultaneous tasks
- Previous experience in the solar industry is preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in a regular office environment Monday-Friday
- Excessive sitting or standing at a desk in a stationary position is required
- Ability to lift 10 pounds

- The pay scale for this exempt position is slated to be $75,000-$85,000, depending on experience, licensing, and education (Pay scale is defined by the Labor Commissioner as the salary or hourly wage range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for the position)

PROJECT SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively review applications to ensure required information is provided to maintain quality and efficiency throughout the application process, and follow up with customer as needed
- Identify common issues and develop suitable solutions and processes
- Address incoming inquiries in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
- Update notes in an internal database and spreadsheets for all related tasks and manages project status changes
- Follow up on inquiries about project status in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
- Email and phone communication with colleagues and utilities to ensure projects move smoothly
- Conduct web research and phone inquiries to analyze and document utility processes for various utilities and jurisdictions
- Proactively contact utilities on that status of projects and get clarification on utility requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of relevant experience is required
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Exemplary communication skills
- Alternate sitting or standing at will
- Crouching or bending
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Previous experience in the solar industry is a plus
- Spanish speaking is preferred, but not required

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for scheduling a high volume of appointments for service and installations. The Scheduling Coordinator works closely with the Branch Coordinator, sales reps, site surveyors and other management to ensure jobs are being properly scheduled and distributed accordingly and fairly between crews in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain installation and service schedule
- Schedule inspections after installation
- Communicate with the customer throughout the installation
- Create positive customer experience
- Follow up on inquiries about project status in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
- Email and phone communication with appropriate stakeholders to ensure relevant parties are up to date with the status of their project
- Update notes in an internal database and spreadsheets for all related tasks and manages project status changes

Qualifications:
- Highschool diploma or GED equivalent required
- 2 years of administrative assistant or scheduling experience
- Spanish speaking is preferred, but not required
- Ability to spend considerable time at a desk using a computer in a regular office environment
- Previous experience in the solar industry is a plus

- Ability to work in a detailed and fast paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient using computer applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
