Position Description:
LGCY Power is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Director of Inside Sales with a proven track record in sales, lead management, and/or call center management. The position will be responsible for the development and management of the Inside Sales team to ensure that the team effectively achieves monthly sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies
- Manage and track established KPI’s for the team
- Oversee the development of incentives and competitions for Inside Sales
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting to management team
- Work collaboratively with internal and external teams and companies
- Effectively hire, train, and retain inside sales talent
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws regarding inside sales and call center operations
- Provide consistent feedback to team members regarding best sales practices, products and processes
- Complete other tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven success working in a successful inside sales environment, preferably with solar
- Successful experience developing and implementing processes and programs that effectively achieve sales goals
- Experience working with call center technology and
- Ability to effectively develop and manage an inside sales team
- Skilled in analyzing and providing reporting and data
- Ability to develop and implement efficient and effective sales processes
- Strong ability to effectively communicate and develop relationships with internal and external teams

As an Inside Sales Account Executive, you will join a fast-paced team focused on handling warm leads and providing demonstrations over the phone and via webinar. You will be responsible for explaining the benefits of solar, qualifying the prospect and walking them through the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Explain the benefits of solar in a clear and concise manner.
- Walk prospective customers through the sales and sign-up process.
- Perform 4-6 pre-set sales consultations per day.
- Actively manage pipeline and follow up with customers.
- Prioritize calendar to maximize shift and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Track progress in company CRM.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years sales experience.
- Solar or call center experience a bonus but not required.
- Proficient in technology such as Zoom, Goto Meeting, Google Sheets, Excel and Word.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work onsite at LGCY’s headquarters in Lehi, UT.
- Goal oriented and results driven.

- Properly educate prospective customers on questions they might have about going solar.

- Validating basic customer information.
- Viewing customers roof type via satellite image to ensure they are a good candidate for solar
Qualifications
- High School Diploma equivalent or higher
- Full time and Part time positions available
- Able to pass a basic background check
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior work history in sales, customer service, or a call center is reccommended
- Strong work ethic
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work some nights and weekends
- Able to work shifts 5+ hours long
