Position Description:
LGCY Power is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Director of Inside Sales with a proven track record in sales, lead management, and/or call center management. The position will be responsible for the development and management of the Inside Sales team to ensure that the team effectively achieves monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies
  • Manage and track established KPI’s for the team
  • Oversee the development of incentives and competitions for Inside Sales
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting to management team
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external teams and companies
  • Effectively hire, train, and retain inside sales talent
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws regarding inside sales and call center operations
  • Provide consistent feedback to team members regarding best sales practices, products and processes
  • Complete other tasks as assigned

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven success working in a successful inside sales environment, preferably with solar
  • Successful experience developing and  implementing processes and programs that effectively achieve sales goals
  • Experience working with call center technology and
  • Ability to effectively develop and manage an inside sales team
  • Skilled in analyzing and providing reporting and data
  • Ability to develop and implement efficient and effective sales processes
  • Strong ability to effectively communicate and develop relationships with internal and external teams

Responsibilities

  • Resolve homeowners concerns and help their solar project progress forward
  • Save cancelled accounts
  • Receive inbound calls as well as reach out to customers to identify problems and overcome objections
  • Work with customer service to identify customer issues
  • Navigate company CRM and Proposal tool

Qualifications

  • Solar Industry experience preferred
  • High school diploma equivalent or higher
  • Able to work full time
  • Able to pass background check
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Spanish speaking is a bonus but not required

Lead Manager: Lehi – 2113958

Position Description

LGCY Power is looking for motivated and talented Lead Manager to join our growing inside sales team. Responsibilities

  • Handling high call volumes of inbound and outbound calls from prospects inquiring about solar.
  • Converting leads to sales consultations and virtual demos.
  • Communicate with prospects via phone, text, email and chat.
  • Qualifying prospective customers on their potential fit to go solar.
  • Effectively handle and overcome common objections.
  • Properly educate prospective customers on questions they might have about going solar.
  • Actively follow up with prospects that are not yet ready to meet.
  • Follow up with prospects via email and text regarding questions they might have about the solar process.
  • Validating basic customer information.
  • Viewing customers roof type via satellite image to ensure they are a good candidate for solar

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma equivalent or higher
  • Full time and Part time positions available
  • Able to pass a basic background check
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior work history in sales, customer service, or a call center is reccommended
  • Strong work ethic
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work some nights and weekends
  • Able to work shifts 5+ hours long
  • Spanish speaking is a bonus, but not required
