Position Summary:
The Program Manager will play an important role in supporting the organization by being the point of contact for Solo, a key platform used to promote business efficiency. Success in this role looks like managing the day to day needs for active users and stakeholders on the platform. This hybrid opportunity is located in Lehi, UT and will report directly to the Director of Corporate Operations.
A program manager job description includes:
- Resolve issues that may arise among active program users
- Provide support to management team and program stakeholders to promote effective and efficient utilization
- Identify opportunities that are worth channeling team efforts to help the day-to-day user operate the program
- Work closely with the communication and management team to increase program awareness among different stakeholders
- Create and maintain training tools and SOP’s for program users
- Assist management team with reports and analytics based on platform utilization rates
- All other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years in solar or a relevant industry required
- Experience and understanding of Solo is required
- Ability to effectively communicate with an array of stakeholders
- Advanced excel skills required
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a detailed and fast paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient using computer applications
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Proactive and self-motivated
