We disclose information to our service providers, to third parties with whom we partner to provide our products (LGCY is a certified partner of Sunrun), or to companies with whom we contract to fulfill our legal obligations (e.g., installers).
We disclose information if legally required to do so or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; (b) protect our rights or property of our affiliated companies; (c) prevent a crime or protect national security; or (d) protect the personal safety of users or the public.

Aggregate Information About Website Users

LGCY routinely gathers, and may share with third parties, information about use of the Website by our users collectively. Our server logs provide us with information such as what pages are being visited most, what domains our visitors are coming from (such as from Google or other Internet search engines), when our servers are busiest, and what websites are referring users to us. This information helps us to improve our services and evaluate our marketing efforts. We only use such data anonymously and aggregately.  In other words, this information does not include personally identifiable information on you or other visitors to the Website.

Linking to Other Websites

Our Website may, from time to time, contain links to third-party websites or may show paid advertisements.  If you click on the link or the advertisements you will leave our Website and be directed to a third party site. LGCY does not control the activities of third parties and therefore is not responsible for the content of such websites or the use of Personal Information by such third parties.  Therefore, LGCY does not guarantee that these third parties will adhere to the same privacy practices as LGCY.  Any access to and use of such linked websites is not governed by this Policy, but instead is governed by the privacy policies of those third party websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these other websites.

Cookies, Retargeting, and Web Beacons

Cookies

We use cookie technology within the Website to remember usernames and passwords and for tracking click streams. Cookies are pieces of data normally stored by your browser that automatically identify your computer – but not you – to our servers when you visit the Website.

One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. The purpose of a cookie is to tell the web server that you have returned to a specific page. For example, a cookie can help us to recall your specific information (such as user name, password and preferences). Because of our use of cookies, we can deliver faster and more accurate results and a more personalized site experience to you and other
Website visitors.

You can prevent cookie data from being sent by adjusting your browser settings.  However, if you disable cookie data, the Website will not function as it is intended and as it works if cookies are not disabled, and may make the Website less user-friendly.

Targeted Advertisements/Web Beacons

On our Website and unaffiliated sites, LGCY may display targeted ads using information you make available to us when you interact with our Website. Targeted ads, also sometimes referred to as personalized or interest-based ads, are displayed to you based on information from activities such as purchasing on our Website or visiting sites that contain LGCY content or ads.

Like other online ad networks, we use Web Beacons (also known as action tags or single-pixel gifs) and other technologies that are commonly referred to as cookies. Cookies enable us to learn about what ads you see, what ads you click, and other actions you take on our sites and other sites. This allows us to provide you with more useful and relevant ads.

We do not provide any Personal Information to advertisers or to third party sites (Google, Facebook, and LinkeIn) that display our interest-based ads. Some third parties may provide us information about you (such as the sites where you have been shown ads or demographic information) from offline and online sources that we may use to provide you more relevant and useful advertising.

Retargeting utilizes a simple t code that places unobtrusive retargeting cookies on your browser.  These cookies allow third party retargeting vendors (Google, Facebook and LinkedIn) to provide LGCY advertisements when you visit other websites.

If you have questions, please review the privacy policies of LGCY’s third party targeted ad providers:
